A man in
Washington state has been attacked by a bear twice in his life.
The mans
name was bob, he was recently attacked by a bear on april 16th
after his dog has spooked the animal, he said.
This
happened at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, about 45 miles out of Seattle .
To him
it was almost like a deja-vu because he has already been attacked four years
ago by a bear, on the same road and running with the same dog. That time he
said “he “rolled up in a ball and stayed still .”
But this
time, he chose to fight back, he grabbed a tree branch and tried defending
himself . The bear bit him more than 40 times and scratched him with its claws.
The first
bear was never found by wildlife officials, but this time, they made sure to take
down the 300 pound attacker.
Bob still wonders
if it may have been the same bear that attacked him in 2011.
